Exciting Gluten-free travel adventures for families!

About

My name is Kim, and I am a wife and mother of 2, whom all have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease since 2022. My children are now 17 and 12 years old, so they like to eat, and love to be active. We loved to travel long before the diagnosis and were determined not to let it slow us down. I am very good at logistics, details, and research. Here, I combine those talents to help empower other families who may have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease and are struggling to find food while on vacation.

I plan every detail of our trips from flights, hotels, routes and excursions. I like to have a list of restaurants and grocery stores in each town of city we visit to ensure my guys don’t get “Glutened .” My goal is to take some of the worry out of travel for families who are dealing with Celiac Disease and just add positive experiences to those just looking to travel to some of my favorite places.

I am not just for the gluten free traveler. Here you will be able to find all sorts of itineraries, helpful hints, food recommendations, and travel information. I hope to just make travel a little more fun and a little less difficult to plan and enjoy! Warning, those who do travel with me say I don’t just travel, I adventure!
